Cookies
The Operator’s web pages use files known as cookies. If the cookies in your browser are deactivated, you will not be able to use all the interactive features of our web pages. Most of the new web browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome etc.) allow you to control the stored cookies by changing the settings in your browser. The settings of your browser enable you to manually delete or block individual cookies or just completely forbid their use; they can also be blocked or allowed for individual internet pages. To obtain more detailed information, please use the help of your browser. If your browser allows the use of cookies, we will assume that you agree that our server uses the standard cookies.
Google Analytics
These internet pages use Google Analytics, a service of internet page analysis provided by Google, Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files in your computer that help the internet page to analyse how it is used. Information generated by means of cookie files about the use of an internet page (including the IP address) will be transferred and stored by Google’s servers in the United States. In the event that the anonymisation of the IP is activated, Google will shorten/anonymise the last octet of the IP address for the member states of the European Union, as well as for other contracting parties of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is sent off only in exceptional cases and shortened by Google servers in the USA. Google will use this information in the name of the operator of the internet pages for assessing the use of the page, creating messages about the activities of the internet page for the operator of the web pages, and for providing services related to the activities on the page and the use of the internet for the operator of the internet pages. Google will not connect your IP address with any other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting an option in the relevant settings in your browser. Remember, however, that if you do so, you will not be able to fully use all the functions of this internet page. Further, you may prevent Google from collecting and using data (cookies and the IP address) by downloading and installing a plug-in of the browser available on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout..
More information concerning the conditions of use and personal data protection can be found on http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms or on http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
Social networks
The Operator uses the environment of social networks, such as the services of Twitter, Facebook, and Google+, for the purpose of using and obtaining information. The plug-in modules of other platforms can be recognized from their logos and the appropriate stylisation of the text of the respective platform. If you use any of these plug-in modules to choose one of our website, it may create a direct connection between the browser you are using and the relevant website of the social network in question. As this transfer always occurs between the browser and the network in question, the Operator has neither access to the data sent nor any information about them. If you were concurrently logged in into one of these platforms or if you later log into the social network in question, the plug-in modules will be able to automatically incorporate information into your account. For this reason, this information will be assigned to an individual. The same procedure also concerns the use of plug-in modules (for example the Like button) or comments. For instance, if you click on the button expressing your consent (for instance the Like button in the service of Facebook®), or if you add comments, then, depending on the operator of the social network, the following data may be transferred:
Your IP address
Information about the browser and the operating system
Your screen resolution
The plug-in modules installed in the browser, such as Adobe Flash Player
The previously visited address if you switched to the current page by means of a link (referring server)
The URL address of the current page
The Operator has no control over these data in the relevant social networks. If you personally use one of the social networks named above and make its content available to the participants in these social networks or platforms, then the content that includes pictures, information, contact information, your personal views and other kinds of personal data, is not the subject of this statement. The conditions of use and the regulations on personal data protection of the operators concerned apply to the entire content of this kind. In connection with your personal data, we name such possible operators of plug-in modules used by the Operator, and their statements of the regulations on personal data protection.
